“On March 3, we experience the final in a series of Blood Moon Eclipses that began last year. This final Blood Moon acts as a point of culmination and resolution. Themes that first surfaced around the previous Blood Moon Eclipses in March and September of 2025 may now reach a turning point. We may begin to see the bigger picture of what has been unfolding and why certain endings or changes were necessary.
Sometimes the final Eclipse brings a symbolic last chapter moment — a final release, conversation, or realization that allows us to truly move forward. While the process may feel intense in the moment, it often clears space for a new story to begin.” ForeverConscious.com
Eclipses are portals, sacred thresholds where the veil thins and higher awareness becomes more accessible. They have a way of rearranging our lives. Sudden realizations. Unexpected endings. Swift redirections.
And while this can feel disorienting, eclipses are not here to punish or disrupt us. They are here to clear space.
Before reacting.
Before forcing an outcome.
Before trying to fix everything at once, take space.
Space makes room for grace.
Instead of asking, “Why is this happening to me?” gently shift the question to:
“Why is this happening for me?”
Consider:
- What is your body asking for right now — rest, movement, quiet?
- Is there something you’ve outgrown but haven’t fully released?
- Is there a truth you’ve known for a while but haven’t acted on?
Growth happens because we are uncomfortable.
Your body often responds before your mind fully understands. Tight chest. Shallow breath. Jaw tension. Fatigue. Restlessness.
These are not flaws — they’re signals.
When we ignore them, stress compounds.
When we listen, the body recalibrates.
The chakra system can be viewed not only as energy centers, but as emotional storage areas that correspond with physical regions of the body. If you feel activated, locate where it’s landing physically:
- Root: Over pubic bone (security, stability)
- Sacral: Below belly button (relationships, emotions)
- Solar Plexus: Above belly button (control, identity)
- Heart: Center of chest (grief, connection)
- Throat: Over Adam’s Apple (expression)
- Third Eye: Center of forehead (mental overload)
- Crown: Top of head (disconnection, overwhelm)
Awareness alone begins to calm the nervous system.
Taking Space For Grace
This exercise takes 5–10 minutes and helps to soothe stress while connecting you to your inner wisdom.
1. Lie down comfortably.
Place one hand on your forehead and the other on the chakra where you feel tension. Support your elbows with pillows so your body can fully relax.
3. Breathe deeply and repeat 3 times:
“I honor my truth and connect with my inner knowing.”
4. Rest.
Give yourself space. Let grace meet you there.
Notice what arises without trying to fix or force it.
Blood Moon Eclipses can feel intense, but intensity often precedes clarity. Endings create openings. Release makes room for renewal.
This is not a time to rush. It is a time to soften.
It’s a time to trust that what is leaving is making space for something more aligned.
Take care of your energy.
Rest more than you think you need.
Use this exercise to help you reflect before reacting.
Trust that even now, something beautiful is rearranging itself on your behalf.
So much love,

Thank you, Lara! This is such a timely reminder for me. Yesterday I was devastated when I realized I was unable to access an online class that I felt I needed. I had apparently completed the signup process. I realized that Mercury is in retrograde, but upon reflection, my body told me the Universe was probably protecting me from pushing myself too fast. I had fears about tackling my grief issues anyway, but I told myself I needed to heal this now. My body and the Universe resisted my stubbornness and I had to release my need to do it now! I am coming to grips with my FOMO here, and your words have really helped. Thank you again,
Marilynn Lowry
