Eclipse Reflections: Letting Go, Listening In, and Moving Forward

letting go

Did you feel extra emotional or exhausted this past week? I know I did.

At first, I wondered if something was “wrong” with me — until a friend reminded me that Sunday brought us an eclipse. Suddenly, it all made sense.

Eclipses can be exhausting, stirring up big feelings, shifts, and endings that clear the way for beginnings. Normally, I’m tuned in and sharing about these cosmic events, but this one snuck by me. Ironically, on Sunday, I released a blog on overcoming perfectionism… and wouldn’t you know, my own critical mind crept in, scolding me for “missing” this moment.

Thankfully, wisdom from one of my favorite astrologers, CHANI, grounded me:

  1. Perfection isn’t the goal. (At least, I was cued into this piece, lol!)
  2. Listen to your gut — your gut instincts, your gut knowing, and what your body needs.
  3. Tend to your responsibilities — Through doing so you get a true sense of freedom.

That guidance shifted everything.

✨ There’s so much liberation in choosing what truly matters.

✨ There’s so much clarity when we listen inward before moving outward.

An Invitation to Reflect

This eclipse wasn’t just a one-off event. It’s the second in a series of four happening between now and 2026. To understand what it might be stirring up for you, look back at March 2025 — the first Virgo eclipse in this series.

Ask yourself:

  • What happened back in March?
  • What did you let go of?
  • What new path or perspective did you begin?
  • How have you grown since then? How is your growth informing you now? This is your opportunity to approach whatever is happening now with new wisdom.
  • How can you support yourself through the events spurred by this eclipse? What resources, practices, or support systems will help you thrive through this transition?

If you feel tired, please rest.

If you are unmotivated, take time to re-inspire your spirit.

If you are emotionally activated, give yourself SLACK, my exercise for helping you move from struggle to strength.

There’s so much love and learning available here if we give ourselves the time, space, and grace to process it.

Big hug,
