Often, we don’t know how tense or tight we are until we relax.

Listen to the sound of your voice–is it grounded in your body or more high pitched?

Notice your breath, is it shallow or fast?

Any tension in your neck or shoulders?

Open and close your mouth, jaw tight?

It’s amazing the tension with which we can unknowingly live.

Take a deep breath.

This is a great start.

Now, try the exercise in the video below, and notice if…

You are able to take a bigger, more expansive breath.

See if your muscles release.

Life is just harder when we carry around stress and tension.

What if it all could feel easier? It can start with this exercise.

If you’d like a PDF of these exercises, you can download it here!

Much ease and grace,
