Energy Reset: Daylight-Saving Time

This weekend clocks move forward in the US for the seasonal time change, so we have more light, yay!

But this means we lose an hour’s sleep, and we are technically waking up an hour earlier.

You can use the morning energy routine below to help get your body attuned to this time change more quickly.

It works for both seasonal time changes and when you are traveling between time zones.

IMPORTANT!—-Do it between 7:00 – 9:00 am.
(Each meridian has a two-hour period when it’s most active during your day.)

When you trace your meridians in order through the clock, starting with the most active meridian during that time, it can help you align your body with the time zone you are in.

I recommend going it between 7:00 – 9:00 am in the days leading up to and after this time change to help you adjust faster and rise with greater ease and energy. 😉

It’s three minutes and set to Indie Arie’s song, “I Am Light,” and in addition to providing you with energy, I hope it also helps you feel lighter.

So much light and love,

P.S.
