Daylight Saving Time is ending.
Our days are getting shorter.
There is less light.
You’re not alone if the lack of sun gets to you.
I feel it every year, too. Many people do.
This year, I invite you to see this darkness a little differently.
In Chinese Medicine, Fall is considered a time of letting go and finding faith.
As the trees release their leaves and we lose light of the sun, it is an opportunity to look at what sustains you from the inside out.
This is what gives you faith.
What brings light to your life?
Music?
Friends?
Your kids?
Your pets?
Delicious food?
Being in nature?
Connecting to your spirituality?
To help you acknowledge the light within you and in your life AND more easily get your body attuned to the time change, I made this morning energy routine for you.
IMPORTANT!—-Do it between 7:00 – 9:00 am
Each meridian has a two-hour period when it’s most active during your day.
When you trace your meridians in order through the clock, it can help you get your body aligned with new time zones.
I use this process when I travel into different time zones as well.
Just follow along with me and see if you can feel your light!
It’s okay if you don’t get it perfectly.
Just listen to the words of Indie Arie in her song, “I Am Light,” and move with me.
I suggest doing this routine daily for the next week to help you find your inner light and align with the new time.
P.S.
I’m leading an all new Big Beautiful Breakthrough Workshop, How To Let Go And Have Faith on November 16th, 8:00-9:30pm EST. It will be a combination of teaching and coaching hot seats. Click here to sign up and put your name in the ring for live coaching on the call.
So much love,
