“Since I heard the news about Roe v Wade, I have been feeling a heaviness that’s making me so tired, and yet I am having trouble sleeping too!” she shared.
After testing to see what emotions might be driving her fatigue, we determined…
Fear of being overtaken was overtaking her physically.
Her unprocessed feelings were overtaking her ability to function at her best.
For me, fear of not being heard was causing me to feel agitated, anxious, and unable to hear what I needed to calm and ground myself…until I tapped.
Tapping helped me and my clients acknowledge our feelings and fears and figure out the actions we needed to take to feel better.
