Daylight Saving Time has ended.
It is more apparent—our days are getting shorter.
There is less light.
You’re not alone if the shorter days get to you.
I feel it every year, too. Many people do.
This year, I invite you to see this darkness a little differently.
In Chinese Medicine, Fall is considered a time of letting go, grieving, and finding faith.
As the trees release their leaves and we lose the warmth and light of the sun, it is an opportunity to look at what sustains you from the inside out.
This is what gives you faith.
What brings light to your life?
Music?
Friends?
Your kids?
Your pets?
Delicious food?
Being in nature?
Connecting to your spirituality?
To help you acknowledge the light within you and in your life AND more easily get your body attuned to the time change, I made this morning energy routine for you.
IMPORTANT!—-Do it between 7:00 – 9:00 am 😉
Each meridian has a two hour period when it’s most active during your day.
When you trace your meridians in order through the clock, starting with the meridian that is most active during that time, it can help you get your body aligned with new time zones.
I use this process when I travel into different time zones and around daylight savings time or when it ends.
Just follow along with me and see if you can feel your light!
It’s okay if you don’t get it perfect.
Just listen to the words of Indie Arie in her song, “I Am Light,” and move with me.
Then give yourself more of what lights you up and fills you up right now.
So much love,

The goose bumbs were all over my body toward the end when doing all the flowing cross body movements all up and down. Also emotional and started crying at the very end hearing the words, “I am light” over and over. Thank you so much for enriching my life in so many ways! I cannot wait to start my day with this tomorrow.
So glad you enjoyed this, Becky!!! So much love to you!
Thank you Lara – what a beautiful song and a lovely flowing routine! Love that you did it out amongst the trees 🌳
So glad you enjoyed it, Claire! and what a lovely place to do it!
Beautiful Lara , both the words of the song and the flowing movements. It also did you stiff joints good doing it fairly early in the morning. Thank you so much. Love Jackie x
