Zoom Fatigue?
Me too!!!
After spending all day taking a virtual class on Monday, I was wiped out! The information I was learning was fascinating, and I was totally engaged, but utterly exhausted at the end of the day. I felt like I had been hit by a truck!
I couldnāt believe it because I have been doing most of my client energy sessions online and feeling fine. Then I realized, I was fine because I was doing energy work with my clients on all my calls. I was balancing my own meridian system while I was teaching and leading my clients through exercises. Without the energy work, being in front of my computer threw my body out of balance, and I felt terrible.
Extra computer time might be causing some of these emotional, mental and physical symptoms for you, too:
- Fatigue
- Brain fog
- Agitation
- Headaches
- Tight Jaw, Neck, or Upper Back Tension
- Insomnia
Because these exercises made such a difference for me, I made this video to help you clear your head, calm tension, and re-energize.
These exercises have an immediate effect and are well worth the time. š
Click Here to Download the Exercise Guide, print it out, and put it by your computer so you remember to do this after lunch to re-energize your body and reset your brain!
Let me know how this felt for you in the comments below!
And please share this with anyone who needs it. http://bit.ly/computerstressrelief
So much love, calm and energy,

Having been on a prednisone and z-pack routine for 5 days, I was feeling particularly anxious this morning. I did this routine with you and feel so much better. It seems to combine all the radical energy running rampant in my body and coalesce so I can focus and get on with my day. Thank you!!!!!Linda
so glad it could help, Linda!
You look awesome!
Thank you, Mary!
My shoulders are not as tense and I feel really energized. Thank you!
So happy to hear it, Mary!
