If you are feeling more tired of late of late, this might be why…

The Lunar Eclipse last Friday has spurred major energetic shifts in many. As a result, you may need more down time to integrate this growth. If you feel tired, rest, allow yourself to sleep longer. Take breaks.

Your body needs time to integrate the new energetic template that has been implanted by your soul. You are used to pushing yourself to get things done, but with all that is being processed right now, you could tax yourself to the point of getting sick f you push it. I highly suggest you….

  • Pick and choose your priorities
  • Get help with whatever you can, and
  • Move what can wait until next week.

The planets and the season are egging you to go inward, stay in, warm yourself under the covers, and refuel with rest and inspiration. Watch or read what inspires you and touches your heart.

It’s actually healthier right now to give yourself a break. You can start now by doing this soothing, stress relieving exercise just about anywhere to calm and reset your system. It’s a quick and easy way to help your body integrate new energy, thoughts, and feelings. Any change is stressful, and when your body is stressed, it automatically sends blood and energy to your limbs to power a flight or fight response. Doing this exercise, sends a signal to your body to bring blood back to your forebrain, overriding your stress response. Holding your forehead with your wrist stimulates key meridian points, which can help you integrate new information with greater ease.

You can do this version of the exercise at home before bed for the same effect. Place pillows under your elbows, so you can fully relax in this position.

Love and peace,
