On a Saturday about 10 years ago, I discovered a skill that has transformed my life forever.
It was 11:00 am, I had been up since 8:00 am, because I had a long list of things I had to get done, but I was stuck in my PJs in a state of paralyzing procrastination.
As time ticked on, I found myself getting more and more anxious. By the second time I was seeing the same news stories again on the local news loop, two hours into this episode, I knew I needed to deal with these feelings, or I would never get going, and the time pressure would only intensify.
I thought I would try the Energy Medicine Head Hold I did before bed to relax, hoping it could calm me down during the day too. I had nothing to lose. So I set my alarm for 15 minutes, and laid in this position.
Magically, when my alarm went off, I was able to get up and get into action, knocking three things off my list! And, with my anxiety calmed, it turned out to be a productive day after all!
The course of my career changed as a result. As so many of my clients came in stressed out or anxious, I began focusing on how to release these emotions for them, so they could make choices they felt good about versus ones based on anxiety or fear. I researched, studied and practiced all the energy psychology techniques I found effective.
After 15 years of experience, it is my belief that any upsetting emotion, stress, fear, or limiting belief can be upgraded. And this can not only help you feel better, but also help you clear the emotional blocks to having what you want. The results have been miraculous ranging from helping clients overcome years of PTSD to helping women who have been chronically single find love!
Anxiety is generally your body’s way of telling you something that is happening is not in alignment with what you want. It’s a cue to stop, look around to see what is going on, and listen to what your heart is telling you that you want in this scenario versus what is actually happening. It may be easier to figure out what you want after you release your anxiety with the exercise below.
Just think, what possibilities could open up for you if you were to clear anxiety or fear whenever either came up?
The tools to help you be unstoppable are right here at your fingertips!
Want to learn how to do this for yourself, your clients, family, friends, employees or co-workers?
After many requests, I am launching a program to teach people who are passionate about this work how to do it. I have fused aspects of five of the techniques I utilize into one cohesive practice. Stay tuned for an e-mail later this week giving you access to a free webinar and all the details.
So much love, peace and power!
The first video is one great for relieving daytime stress. The second one is the exercise I mentioned in the story above that is best used at night before bed.
Think of anything that is stressing you out before you start either of these exercises, then tap into where you feel this stress in your body.
And, rate the intensity of that same physical manifestation of stress after you do the routine.
Keep this exercise on file, so you can have it handy when you need it most!
