First, Happy Valentine’s Day!
It is my wish for you to feel today and every day just how much love and joy you have in your life!
You are most likely a great friend, having compassion and doing your best to cheer your friends up when something goes wrong, right?
You most likely try your best to treat your family with kindness and consideration (OK, most of the time, LOL)
Do you extend your vast capacity to be loving to yourself?
How often do you second guess yourself or something you have done?
Are you able to give yourself what you need on a daily or weekly basis? Or do you put your needs off and put everything else before them?
Do you find yourself criticizing yourself or your body? Would you say any of the critical things you say to yourself to your friends or family?
I doubt it.
Don’t worry; it’s not your fault and sometimes you may not even know you are doing this to yourself. It’s subconscious. Your limiting beliefs come from some circumstance from your childhood, when your very young your brain created a belief you may not even know you have about yourself.
But I am here to tell you …
You don’t need to have a “perfect life” to be happy. You don’t need a “perfect body” to feel good about yourself or how you look in your clothes. You don’t need to BE PERFECT to have a love filled and fulfilling life!
I invite you to notice any negative self talk and to start treating yourself like your best friends.
You deserve a friend like you and a partner who treats you well.
So today, I invite you to watch this tribute I made just for you to help you get present to all you have and all you are to the people in your life and to the world.
As you love yourself and your life, you will attract more love and joy!
