Right now it seems as if many of us are feeling the ups and downs of change. Many of my clients have been coming in this week in a Fight or Flight Stress Reaction in reaction to the media or life upheaval from change in their own lives. Even positive change is stressful. Any movement away from your norm is usually stressful.
Please take time today or this weekend to do this quick exercise and calm your body down, so you can fully rest. You may need more rest right now, and I am giving you permission and an invitation to take it.
Please think about what you need this weekend and do something to nourish yourself.
~ If you feel tired, rest.
~ If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the news of the day, unplug, watch a frivolous movie instead!
~ If you are are feeling inspired, take gentle action, talk to someone about it or just research something about it online.
This weekend, nourish yourself and do something to restore your energy.
