You are back to life; back to reality. Remember that song by Soul II Soul???

“Back to life, back to reality,
back to the here and now yeah
Show me how, decide what you want from me,
tell me maybe I could be there for you.”

What if this was your life talking to you??? What if you could bring some Summer into your normal life’s reality?

This Summer you got to have more fun, go on vacation, see more of family and friends, treat yourself to ice cream and to enjoy being outside in nature. In The Chinese System, Summer is the time to reap what you have sowed and to enjoy the harvest. You worked hard all year, so you could celebrate your success and take some time off.

And, now it’s time to “get back to work.” There is a lot to do before the end of the year. Remember all your resolutions and goals, yikes!!!!! Ugh!!! How will you get it done? Bring up anxiety?

And, it’s getting darker earlier. What a freakin buzz kill!!!!

But, it doesn’t have to be! You can bring some of that Summer fun into your real life.

Don’t just roll back into your old patterns, when you have this chance to upgrade. Just stop and join me in this quick transition ritual now. I want you to take this moment to break for what you want!

“However do you want me,”
your life?
It’s important to stop, feel and to listen to your heart’s desires.

Life can’t be all summer moments, but it can certainly have more;)

And, feeling the warmth and glow of those moments can give you the energy and the inspiration you need to get you through fall and winter;)

So much love and joy!
