It was a gift getting an extra hour of sleep Sunday, but if you are generally an early riser, you may be getting up too early like my husband who woke up this morning at 5 AM, LOL!
Or, you may find you have trouble winding down at night.
Do these two quick exercises below to help you get your body aligned with the new time and to ensure you get a restorative and appropriate amount of sleep!
The first one (check out the video below!) takes just 5 minutes and is to be done between 7 PM and 9 PM.
This Head Hold (pictured below) is to be done right before you go to bed. Put pillows under your elbows, so you do not have to hold your arms up, and you can relax into this position. Hold these spots on your head, until you feel pulses is in your hands or your body relax.
