Replace Criticism With Empowerment!
You are most likely a great friend, having compassion and doing your best to cheer your friends up when something goes wrong, right?
You most likely try your best to treat your family with kindness and consideration (OK, most of the time! LOL)
You really are a caring person, maybe even inspiring.
Do you extend your vast capacity to be loving to YOU?
How often do you second guess yourself or something you have done?
Are you able to give yourself what you need on a daily or weekly basis? Or do you put your needs off and put everything else before them?
Do you find yourself criticizing yourself or your body?
Would you say any of the critical things you say to yourself to your friends or family?
I doubt it.
If you are a part of my community, you get the concept of self love and how it gives you access to real love, so why can’t you stop this negative talk in your head?
It’s subconscious. Your limiting beliefs come from some circumstance from your childhood, when your very young brain created a belief you may not even know you have about yourself.
You don’t need to have a “perfect life” to be happy. You don’t need a “perfect body” to feel good about yourself or how you look in your clothes. You don’t need to BE PERFECT to have a fun and fulfilling life!
I invite you to notice any negative self talk and to start treating yourself like your best friend. You deserve a friend like you and a partner who treats you well.
When I started doing this work and investigating what limiting beliefs were affecting my life, I was surprised at what I found.
As I did more of this work and trained my brain to think more positive thoughts about myself, I started enjoying my life more; I had an amazing summer in which I focused on having fun doing things I loved, basically had fun dating myself, and I attracted my husband a few months later. We love hanging out together and he is the most level headed, positive, and complete man I ever dated.
All my brain training work worked!
