Insomnia Relief at Your Fingertips

Many of my clients, my husband and myself included have been waking up feeling wired and restless.
There is something in the air, actually in the stars; I believe all of these planetary retrogrades are causing a build up of energy in our bodies which is causing
- Insomnia
- Muscular tightness, especially in the neck and chest
- Physical and emotional restlessness
- What is helping most is a reset of our Electrics
My teacher, Donna Eden, the creator of Eden Energy Medicine, which is the primary energy healing system I use, explains the Electrics as being “a system which emerges from the electrical dimension of the other energy systems, which would include the meridians and the chakras. They are not independent of each system, but an aspect of each system much the way liquid is separate yet a part of your organs. The Electrics serve as a bridge that connects all the energy systems at a basic level;” They connect and coordinate the function and output of all of the other energy systems and have a profound impact on the other energy systems and our bodies.
From what I have seen in my practice and in my own life, the shift in and out of planet retrogrades affects an uncanny amount of people’s Electrics. It feels as if this environmental shift is overstimulating to our central nervous systems, and our electrical system needs to be rebooted just like a fuse needs to be reset after it gets overloaded.

Do this Short Electric Reset (Under 5 minutes) for insomnia relief first, and if you don’t feel relief after doing this, please try the longer version (45 minutes-1 hour) below.

Electrics reset
PLEASE DO DIRECTLY BEFORE BED AND SET ASIDE 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete. WAIT UNTIL POINTS COOL DOWN BEFORE MOVING YOUR HANDS AWAY. ALSO, PLEASE MAKE SURE you are in a relaxing position you can sustain comfortably for 45 minutes. I suggest putting pillows under your elbows, so you do not have to hold your arms up.
This is an incredibly relaxing exercise if position yourself comfortably and works wonders for insomnia relief.
