How to Create more Time
While Summer is a time meant to celebrate and to enjoy life, I’m finding so many of you are too busy to stop and to smell the roses, me included. If I don’t schedule time off, I know I won’t take it. In Capri, Italy this week taking a break and eating mozzarella!
You too! Get away, even for a day if you can, make the time to be with friends and loved ones, take moments to be in nature, even if it’s just walking through the park or driving with the windows down in your car. Your health and confidence will benefit!
