Energy Percocet Anyone? Check out these Yin Meridians Exercises
Feeling overwhelmed, frustrated drained or too wired?
People have been coming into my office feeling this way the past two weeks.
When I see so many people coming in with the same complaints, and a particular exercise is giving everyone relief, I like to share it with you, so you can benefit too!
These exercises bring energy to the overworked, yin meridians which are associated with life sustaining organs, which never get a break.
When we have been particularly busy, stressed or more active then usual, our Kidney, Liver, and Spleen meridians get taxed and drained.
Doing these exercises, especially the longer 8 minute one, will help restore Energy to the Yin Meridians and help you exhale, let go of stress and tension and relax.
I LOVE doing this series, as I feel a warm calm come over me that feels like the relaxing effect of Percocet without the groggy, fuzzy headed side effects, LOL!

I shot this late last night after finishing with clients at 9pm at the studio. After a back to back day, when I would normally feel wired and like I was running on fumes, I felt relaxed and satisfied. This re-fueled my tank, and put me at ease.
I walked home and went to bed easily soon after, so it’s a great way to calm down after a particularly packed day.
