What I learned from Constellation Therapy
Whenever I hear about something I find intriguing 3 or more times, I take it as a sign from the Universe, that it’s something I should try. After the fifth time hearing about constellation therapy, I decided it was something I was being directed to do. And, four constellation sessions later, I am soooooooo very glad I did, as it has helped me break a chronic way of thinking I had been trying to shake for years.
It’s a truly fascinating form of energy healing, as it not only works with the individual but also the individual’s energetic connection to his or her family.
As most of you know, I use and practice a few different energy balancing techniques which have helped me overcome chronic fatigue, emotional stress and a lot of beliefs from my past which had me stuck doing the same thing and expecting a different result. I wouldn’t be married today or have opened my dream studio without having let go of a whole host of fears with the energy work I practice.
Practicing what I preach, enabled me to let go of my fear of trusting men, and get married, and my fear of not having enough money, so I had enough faith in myself and the future to feel comfortable taking the risk to open my studio. I would never have made the moves it took to make these things happen without this work. My next life goal is creating the space and the time to focus on having a child, and with the amount of one on one hours I do, my business needs to change to make space for a baby.
For years I have been thinking about how I could more easily teach people the techniques and tools to benefit from energy work in the dramatic ways I have. And, I always got stuck, because it took me two years to learn the technique with which I started, and although I can teach people bits and pieces of it, which work really well for specific issues, to learn the entire system takes much longer.
After all of my constellations, I found myself thinking and working differently, and I have been able to create a system for self-assessment and a chakra clearing protocol with the essential oils, which is easy, systematic and duplicable; thus, it’s easily taught and learnt! I have been using it with great success in my sessions and in my classes, and I can see others easily using it too! I finally have found the motivation, inspiration and practical application that could help me get this work to more people in greater numbers, and empower others to heal themselves. This is so exciting to me: I easily wrote the class plans in just two weekends.
Until now, I was stuck thinking the only way I could really give people the full benefits of this work was through hands on sessions or classes with me, and now a whole new world of inspired possibility has been opened from the constellation work I have done. With it came the tools, the structure and the realization that I didn’t need to do the energy work for people, but I could teach them to heal themselves. This no longer marries my purpose with hands on sessions. My clients get to learn how to empower themselves with these tools and not need me so much, and I can free my schedule up to have a business and a baby. It’s an incredible win/win for everyone!
So what the heck happened in those constellations?
It’s kind of hard to explain but, in short, I feel I was able to heal some of the energetic patterns, which were being passed down from generation to generation in my family. When one generation has a hardship, which they are unable to fully process and grow through, such as displacement from war, the death of a parent or child, adoption, suicide or others, the next generation takes on the energetic and emotional responsibility of healing from that hardship. With no other way known to us beside what was modeled by our parents and grandparents, we often repeat the same patterns.
Constellations give us the opportunity to identify and move beyond those patterns by restructuring the energetic connections with our family in the family’s field. In my case, honoring the fate and the lives of my parents and my ancestors, rather then commiserating with them energetically over their struggles was key. My homework after the constellation was to think of my family and thank them for the sacrifices they made, pay homage to them and honor the lives they lived by choosing to live a happy, successful life of my own of which we all could be proud.
Doing this not only freed me to take this next step in my business, but it miraculously bettered my communication with my father too! Without even knowing about all this, my father has been much more interested in being more involved in my life. And we have had more frequent conversations and more fun together when I do see him. The timing of all this has been pretty synchronistic. Wild right?
When I had such success with constellations, I piloted it with Natalie Berthold, an excellent constellation therapist, and a group of friends at the studio. They also experienced major shifts. And, we did integrative energy sessions post constellations to help them process all the incredible change that had taken place. The combination of the constellation therapy and the energy work I practice is just amazing!
I am so excited to announce that constellation sessions will be an integral part of the Believe Boot Camp program, complete with a private follow-up integration session and a group session to further process all the change which takes place in the constellations.
Check out my interview with Natalie Berthold, an excellent constellation therapist, who talks about constellations and her first miraculous experience with them and some other client success stories with constellations.

In the meantime, honor your family and parents lives by living your best, most fulfilled life. When you purchase something for yourself, even an ice cream cone, maybe just think, “thanks mom, dad and my ancestors for all your sacrifices, the life you lived and the life you gave me; I now choose to honor you by living a fulfilling life!” Would love to know if anything shifts for you just from this?
Much love and power,
“As long as our ancestors are still suffering within us, we can not be truly happy. If we make a step with awareness, free, happily touching the earth, we do this for all the past and future generations. They all arrive at the same moment we arrive and we all find peace at the same time.”
