How to relieve stress and be happier the Tuesday after a holiday weekend…

Most of us just had 3 days off from work, and going back may feel like “Ugg” today.  So to relieve stress and be happier right now, I ask you, “Why does it have to be so hard? Could you make it easier? What if today was more fun?”

The easiest way to relieve stress and be happier is to make it easier in your head.  I grew up with the belief that, “If you work hard, you will be successful.”  Now, I believe you have to put time and effort into success, but I also know that I can make it a lot harder when I am resistant to taking action simply because I have it in my head that it IS going to be hard.

So, if any of this is resonating with you right now, can you sit with your legs and arms crossed, my favorite manifesting posture, which gets your central nervous system relaxed and accepting of new ideas, and repeat this phrase, “ I allow my day to be easy now.  I embrace the idea of extreme ease.”

When we work too hard, we are actually getting our energetic vibration in alignment with things being harder, and blocking ourselves from attracting what we really want.
