Did You Know Yesterday was a Magical Day?
2/12/12 adds to the magical number 9, which symbolizes spiritual growth, rebirth, progress and prosperity.
Apart from some people who have been talking about 12/12/12 being Apocalyptic and 21/12/2012, the end of the Mayan calendar – being the end of the world, others have a different understanding. Many energy workers, like me are sharing the same interpretation of these dates. On a global scale, I believe these dates signify the end of the world as we know it, and the birth of a new world in which feminine energy and the spirit of cooperation have the chance to help us create positive change.
So how can we get ourselves more in touch with our feminine sides?
By giving strength to the Spleen, Kidney and Liver Yin Meridians with this knee hold, we can give support to these meridians. The effect of doing this for a minute or two after you feel pulses in your hands is cool. I feel as though my body naturally exhales and with the exhale a calm, relaxed energy moves over me, making me more receptive to the present.
I invite you to try it and to be aware of how you can allow yourself to receive from others. Can you authentically say “thank you” when you have been given something? 
How do you respond to a compliment?
Can you graciously receive it with a “thank you? ”
