When my alarm went off at 5:00 am last Saturday morning, I begrudgingly pulled myself out of bed to go teach my 6:30 am energy/meditation class at Soul Camp with my pal and gifted psychotherapist, Terri Cole. We were both exhausted and wondering how this was going to turn out with both of us and the class being so low on sleep.
What happened next amazed me.
We started moving this tired energy out of our bodies.
I had the class rub and tap key points along the meridians and clear their chakras, and with each exercise their eyes got brighter and the heavy, tired energy in the room lifted.
It was replaced with a palpable lightness of being. The room was buzzing with it and the excitement only rose as Terri helped everyone recognize what it might be like to have their dreams fulfilled in a future-self meditation.
I couldn’t believe how much better I felt after the class, and despite the fact that I had only 4 hours of sleep the previous two nights, I was energized all day long!
One girl in class came up and told me her back pain was gone, while I found out the next day another gal’s chronic neck pain had disappeared, too!
Even after doing millions of sessions, it always surprises me just how powerful moving blocked energy can be.
Freeing blocked physical and emotional energy can help alleviate pain, tightness, fatigue, anxiety, and even depression.
